I was really happy to see how well set out the easy to follow recipes are. And there are desserts too!

I love the idea of a diet for fat loss, it make it all too easy to still eat and lose weight at the same time. The trick is to combine foods that will help to speed the metabolism to increase energy and burn calories.
For example: the Apple Oatmeal Pancakes are only 240 cal per serving and makes 4 & 6 pancakes. They are yummy!

Then there is the recipe for Quinoa Burritos that only have the fat content of 8g.
